Hello!
We begin our third sprint, and as such I need to determine what I want to get done this time!Rules to successfully survive the last chapter of a horror movie trilogy:
- 1. "You've got a killer who’s gonna be superhuman. Stabbing him won’t work, shooting him won’t work. Basically in the third one, you gotta cryogenically freeze his head, decapitate him, or blow him up."
- 2. "Anyone, including the main character, can die. This means you, Sid."
- 3. "The past will come back to bite you in the ass. Whatever you think you know about the past, forget it. The past is not at rest! Any sins you think were committed in the past are about to break out and destroy you."

I've added another non-fiction book to the sprint this time focusing on reading and then carrying out action plans surrounding it. This sprint I aim to focus in on the core themes raised in an attempt to achieve all my goals. Last sprint I was struggling to find time for some tasks, by concentrating on reading I plan to ensure I complete everything in the sprint to my satisfaction without becoming panicked.

I will do Headspace this sprint. I will complete the programme.
Similar to the initial vision setting I need to understand what will make me happy and where I stand on key issues. I plan on asking myself some difficult questions but writing down my responses to understand what will make me happy and what I need to do to achieve that.

Fitness goals rumble on, I'm happy that I'm maintaining my lower weight despite 'questionable' healthy eating habits.

I'm starting Toastmasters properly this sprint, I need to write and present my 'Icebreaker' speech, alongside this I need to write the first draft of another personal speech which I need to deliver. With this also, I will watch another 5 TED talks, I enjoyed watching the 5 in the last sprint and found it an accessible task I can easily repeat.

Similar to the previous sprint, I aim to write content for the blog daily and to take part in charity meetings.
I feel confident in completing this sprint and look forward to updating you on my progress!
